If you received a product that you ordered and simply don't
like it or it is not what you expected, you may return it
to us at your expense.
Please contact us by email at
info@proskit.com and let
us know the details of the situation. We will issue you a
Return Material Authorization number. Simply write this number
on the outside of the package and return it to our address
listed in the Contact Us tab of this site.
All goods returned to ProsKit USA, LLC for the above mentioned
reason must be in the original packaging and in resaleable
condition to qualify for a refund.
If your product is defective, contact us at
info@proskit.com
and let us know the details of the defect (as much detail
as possible please) and we will email you a UPS label to
place on the package to return to us at our expense. You
will need to find a UPS drop box to ship it.
After receipt of return, ProsKit will either process a
refund on your credit card or ship a replacement item,
whichever is appropriate.
