ProsKit usually ships within one business day of your order being processed. This depends on stock situation at the time. We attempt to keep our stock information on the site up to date at all times, but at times it is possible the site will erroneously state stock status. In this case, we will inform you of the delay of delivery to obtain your instructions for how we proceed (i.e. ship upon arrival, cancel order, etc.)

All shipments from ProsKit are FOB Chesterfield, VA. That means you pay the freight charges. All freight charges are based on weight of the product and destination. Some residential areas require a surcharge from UPS.
