Pro'sKit strives to ship the day you order, or if too late, the next business day. This depends on stock situation at the time. In the case of stockouts, we will inform you of the delay of delivery to obtain your instructions for how we proceed (i.e. ship upon arrival, cancel order, etc.)
All shipments from Pro'sKit are FOB Amelia, VA. That means you pay the freight charges. All freight charges are based on weight of the product and destination. Some residential and/or rural areas require a surcharge from UPS.
We ship exclusively with UPS. To minimize charges, you may want to consider shipping the product to your office, if this is appropriate. Business-to-business shipments are less costly than Residential shipments.
Canadian Customers, please note that as of 7/20/10 UPS Brokerage for shipment To Canada has changed
All shipments valued at $200 or less to a residential Canadian address will incur a brokerage flat rate of $10. Ship is only applicable to UPS Standard to Canada. UPS Global Express shipping charges includes the Brokerage Fee. Please note that customers are still responsible for Tax and Duty.

If you received a product that you ordered and simply don't like it or it is not what you expected, you may return it to us at your expense.
Please contact us and let us know the details of the situation. We will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Simply write this number on the outside of the package and return it to our address listed in the Contact Us tab of this site.
All goods returned to Pro'sKit USA, LLC for the above mentioned reason must be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.
If your product is defective, contact us and let us know the details of the defect (as much detail as possible please) and we will email you a UPS label to place on the package to return to us at our expense. You will need to find a UPS drop box or go to a UPS store to ship it.
After receipt of return, Pro'sKit will either process a refund on your credit card or ship a replacement item, whichever is appropriate.
