Dual Color Side Cutting Plier (165mm)

A 6-inch diagonal cutting plier made from forged 55Cr-Ni steel, with a high-leverage eccentric pivot and two-color handles.

The 1PK-067DS is suitable for electrical wiring, equipment maintenance, vehicle repair, hardware work, and general wire cutting. Always use it according to the product manual, site conditions, and applicable work procedures.

The eccentric pivot increases cutting leverage and can reduce the hand force required when cutting thicker wire. Correct technique and the specified operating range must still be observed; performance should not be judged from a single feature alone.

The forged 55Cr-Ni construction and black rust-resistant finish improve body strength and corrosion resistance for routine professional use. This design is primarily intended to improve operating efficiency, stability, and ease of on-site use.

Place the wire near the base of the cutting edges and perpendicular to them, then cut it with one steady action. Do not twist the plier head or repeatedly bite into the material.

Overall length is approximately 165 mm. Cutting capacity: steel wire Ø2.0 mm, soft iron wire Ø2.4 mm, and copper wire Ø3.2 mm.

This is not an insulated tool and must not be used on live circuits. Wear eye protection while cutting and control the direction of flying wire ends.

Remove moisture and metal debris, apply a small amount of oil to the joint, and store the tool with the cutting edges closed. Do not cut excessively hard materials that could chip the edges.

A 6-inch diagonal cutter balances cutting force and portability. Use a small, thin-blade precision cutter for PCB leads, and a cable cutter for thicker cables.
