Fiber Optic Fusion Splicer

TE-6101 Series Fiber Optic Fusion Splicers feature a high-performance industrial-grade CPU, four-motor 3D fiber core alignment, and intelligent ARC discharge calibration for fast and stable fiber splicing. Supporting SM, MM, NZDS, and EDF fiber types, the series delivers an average splice loss as low as 0.02dB for SM fiber with a typical splicing time of approximately 8 seconds, making it ideal for fiber optic network installation, maintenance, and field applications.
Equipped with a 4.3-inch high-resolution color LCD, the series supports independent X/Y axis display and up to 280× image magnification for clear observation of fibers and splice conditions. The built-in 3-in-1 fiber holder accommodates various fiber types, including single-mode, multimode, bare fiber, pigtails, and patch cords.
The series supports 20/40/60mm heat-shrink sleeves with a typical heating time of approximately 16 seconds. The built-in 10.95V/5.2Ah rechargeable lithium battery supports approximately 250 splicing and heating cycles per full charge. A USB Type-C port supports software updates and data output, while storage for up to 10,000 splice records makes job-site documentation and data management more convenient.
The TE-6101 Series is available in different configurations. Standard models include the FB-1601 Precision Fiber Cleaver and 8PK-326 Fiber Optic Stripper, while models with the “-W” suffix are supplied without these tools for flexible configuration according to user requirements.
