If the results keeps the same when processing different measurement, it may be because that the HOLD (data hold)  button on the right side is pressed. Please press the HOLD (data hold) button  on the right side again, and then rotate the gear selection dial to measure. If the situation does not improve, please remove the battery and wait for 3 minutes.
