Why doesn’t the blue light turn on when I press the heating button after installing the battery, while the green light turns on when the unit is placed on the wireless charging base?

Please check the following:

  1. Make sure the red button is properly aligned with the latch on the battery cover and that the battery cover is securely installed.
  2. Before use, pull the transparent protective cap straight off. Do not twist or rotate the cap to remove it.
