Following our last article about 5G, we assume that you already have general understanding about 5G concept.  This time, we would like to introduce you the very useful & helpful fiber optic tool kit, PK-9472 series. (if you like to see more product details, please click part number link)

5G is all about speed, the installation is the most important part, including cut, strip, crimp & test.  PK-9472 will assist you to master the job entirely & perfectly, let’s see what’s inside of PK-9472.  First of all is cutting, DK-2043 fiber optic Kevlar cutter, made of high carbon alloy steel & special serrated blade, it makes cutting Kevlar fiber just like hair.  Except Kevlar cutter, there are two more professional pliers, 1PK-067DS & 1PK-709DS, made of high quality carbon steel, forged hardened blade, black oxide plating, high leverage force saving design & dual color non-slip handles, every feature makes cutting easier.

The next step is strip, there are three strippers, CP-3001D, CP-FB01 & CP-328, in this kit.  You might wonder why?  The reason is that accuracy is the most important matter in stripping, especially stripping optical fiber.  The transmission speed would get loss if the fiber was wounded.  Prokit’s strippers have wide range & will secure the stripping quality without damaging the wire.

Except MT-7615, MT-7029 & MT-1220 are also included in this kit.  MT-7029, noise-filtering, PoE switches, STP wire tracing up to 3KM, telephone line status/polarity indication, cable mapping & status indication up to 300M.  MT-1220, compact palm size, overload protection, shockproof case, min. 2mA DCA test, big LCD with backlight, double NCV indication, assistive LED light.  You will get excellent testing result through Pro’sKit test equipment.
