Please confirm the battery level, whether the battery is installed correctly, and whether the shrapnel is installed backwards. If the shrapnel is not in good contact with the battery, it will not be able to start without power.

Please check whether the order of the gear combinations in the gearbox is wrong or reversed according to the instructions.

Usually the operation is not smooth because the burrs are not trimmed cleanly. Check whether the burrs of the parts are completely cut according to the instructions.

1. Please avoid turning on the computer or connecting it to the Pobi when transferring files to prevent misidentification.
2. Make sure the file name ends with .hex when transferring files.

Scenario 1: There is no Bluetooth connection program in Microbit, and the new chip only has the original test content.

Solution ➡️ Please use a transfer cable to transfer the game program to the chip.

Scenario 2: No data folder is displayed when inserted into the computer.

Solution ➡️ Check if the wrong cable is used. Please use the "transfer cable" (do not use the charging cable).

Scenario 3: If the file has been successfully transferred but still cannot connect.

Solution ➡️ Please enable GPS positioning and Bluetooth.

It may be due to insufficient battery power causing the crash. Please replace the batteries with new ones, and it's recommended to use alkaline batteries to extend usage time.
