3.7V Rechargeable Digital Speed-Regulating Grinder Set

The PT-5207U is a pen-style 3.7 V rechargeable digital variable-speed rotary tool set. It provides 6 speed settings from approximately 5,000-18,000 rpm and includes a built-in 1500 mAh lithium battery, Type-C charging, and LED illumination.

It is suitable for grinding, polishing, drilling, and engraving models, crafts, plastic, wood, resin, and small metal parts. Its pen-style body is intended for precision work and should not replace a high-power drill or full-size grinder.

Speed can be selected according to the material and accessory. Begin at a lower speed for fine polishing or plastic and increase gradually for cutting or grinding. Excessive speed may melt plastic, scorch wood, or break an accessory.

The range covers various light precision tasks, but actual load capacity still depends on the motor, battery charge, and accessory. If speed drops noticeably under load, do not keep increasing pressure; use a more suitable tool.

The built-in battery enables cordless operation, and Type-C improves charging convenience. Use a charger and cable that comply with the instructions, maintain ventilation during charging, and stop using the battery if it becomes abnormally hot or swollen.

Switch off the tool before installing a grinding point, drill bit, or cutting disc. Insert the shank into the collet, tighten it, and rotate it by hand to confirm there is no runout. The accessory type, shank diameter, and maximum permitted speed must match the tool.

The magnetic storage system keeps small accessories together, and the transparent cover makes them easy to identify. The LED helps illuminate the work point. Remove dust and make sure accessories have stopped rotating before storage.

Wear safety glasses and use a mask or dust-extraction equipment as appropriate for the material. Keep long hair, clothing, and gloves away from rotating accessories. Take extra precautions against side loading and fragmentation when using cutting discs.

Remove dust from the ventilation openings, collet, and accessories. Do not rinse the body with water. Stop using and inspect the tool if abnormal vibration, sparking, noise, or collet runout occurs.

The PT-5207U is suitable for precision, light-duty, and portable work. For high material-removal rates, drilling thick metal, or prolonged heavy loads, use a rotary tool or drill with a higher rated power.
