Adjustable Soldering Clamp Holder

It is a lightweight soldering fixture that adjusts to circuit-board size and rotates 360° for positioning, with a metal base and non-slip pads.

The SN-390 is suitable for PCB soldering, electronics practice, repair training, models, and users who need both hands free. Follow the product manual, site conditions, and operating procedures.

The range holds various small and medium circuit boards so both hands can focus on soldering and testing. Use the fixture within its specified capacity.

The board can be rotated to a suitable working angle and placed in the most stable slot for its thickness. These functions improve efficiency and stability.

Adjust the side clamps to the PCB width, select the appropriate board-thickness slot, lock the board, rotate it to the required angle, and confirm that the base is stable.

The maximum clamping size is approximately 20 × 14 cm. It supports 0.2/1.8/2.0/3.0 mm board thicknesses, measures approximately 30 × 16.5 × 12.5 cm, and weighs approximately 450 g.

Disconnect power before clamping and do not overcompress fragile boards. Do not direct a hot-air tool or soldering iron at the plastic arms for an extended period.

Remove flux, solder beads, and dust. Inspect the knobs, clamping slots, and rubber pads, and retighten any loose parts.

This fixture is suitable for holding and freely turning a PCB. If wires, a magnifier, or multiple small parts must also be held, consider a multi-arm assistance fixture.

Confirm the circuit-board length, width, thickness, required rotation clearance, and workbench size, and determine whether the SN-11 fixture is also needed.
